Sustainable Learning at JUNKAN WORKS

1.Factory Tour
JUNKAN WORKS is a circular-style factory rooted in the local community, aiming to create a sustainable lifestyle with minimal environmental impact. On this tour, we’ll take you behind the scenes to parts of the factory usually not open to the public. You’ll get a hands-on experience of how we circulate resources and generate new value through sustainable practices.

2.Energy Self-Sufficiency Tour
This special course offers an in-depth look at the “energy circulation” practices at JUNKAN WORKS. You’ll learn about energy—an essential part of our daily lives—from a practical and hands-on perspective unique to our approach.
・The mechanics and potential of off-grid energy systems
・The secrets of waste oil energy (tour our waste oil heater and tempura oil-powered vehicle)

We offer flexible, customized lectures on topics such as:
"Locally Produced Energy and Our Daily Lives"
"Is That Really Trash?"
"Living a Circular Life"
These sessions can be adapted for a wide range of audiences—elementary, middle, and high school students (as part of environmental education), lifelong learning for local communities, corporate training, or citizen group workshops. Content, presentation style, duration, and workshop activities can all be adjusted to suit your budget and goals. If you have a specific audience or message in mind, we’d be happy to tailor a detailed proposal for you.
