A lifestyle in harmony with the environment,
passed from person to person.
When we take action, the real environmental issues
begin to reveal themselves.

We are a “Circular Factory” that stays close to the environment and creates
better ways of living by circulating people, experiences, and things.

What kinds of sustainable
connections can grow in your life,
and how might they nurture
a greater sense of well-being?

About JUNKAN WORKS

JUNKAN WORKS is a community space that addresses environmental issues by fostering the circulation of people, experiences, and things.

Our goal is not only to circulate tangible resources and technologies, but also to nurture human connections, empathy, and mutual support.
We believe that small, grassroots actions—often overlooked—can make a big difference. By working together with others who gather at this "factory of circulation," we turn individual efforts into shared energy, strengthening community ties and contributing to local revitalization.

JUNKAN WORKS was born in May 2021 in Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, as a place to stay close to environmental challenges and to promote sustainable cycles of people, experiences, and things.

A lifestyle in harmony with the environment — as we propose.

We believe that if you can gain even one more life skill—or stay connected with people who have skills you haven’t yet learned—then no matter what life throws your way, you can still find joy in living. We’re confident that this is the path to a truly meaningful life.
At JUNKAN WORKS, we’re always exploring how to be a place that connects people to people, people to experiences, and experiences to things—so that meaningful cycles of life can keep growing.
